Steve Vlchek currently resides as Managing Director since 2005. Steve founded Geotech Drilling in 1995 and incorporated Geotech Drilling Services in February 1996. Prior to Geotech, Steve held positions in the private & public sector within the Geotechnical & Hydrogeological drilling industry for 10 years. Throughout his career, he has integrated studies in Commerce and extensive field experience enabling Geotech to participate in and develop diverging drilling markets.

Jody Lambert  VICE PRESIDENT  Email

Jody Lambert was promoted to Vice President after successfully being responsible for Geotech Drilling's Western Canadian Project Management Team. Prior to joining Geotech in 1999 Jody excelled in the sales and marketing industry bringing his wealth of knowledge and experience which contributes to Geotech's asset base.

Jason Oliver  B.Sc, C.Tech.  GENERAL MANAGER  Email

Jason Oliver committed himself to Geotech Drilling Services in 2007, with responsibilities of overseeing day-to-day functions of the company. Jason monitors and evaluates Key Performance Indicators to ensure ongoing alignment with corporate mission, core values and strategic vision. Jason holds a B.Sc degree from Simon Fraser University and is registered with ASTT of British Columbia as a C.Tech. Jason successfully developed and oversaw a team of over 25 personnel in three locations across Northern British Columbia in the environmental consultancy industry.

Dean Wold  MANAGER - SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT  Email

Dean Wold joined Geotech Drilling Services in 2008 to manage the development, implementation and continuous monitoring of our Safety, Health and Environment Program. His prior experience was being part of an integral team within a premier health and safety program for a major environmental consultancy. Dean has spent many years in extensive international travel, study and employment in the South Pacific, Australia, India, China, Tibet, Mongolia, Russia, North and Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos and is fluent is in two languages.

Kristie Johnson  B.A.  OFFICE MANAGER  Email

Kristie Johnson has held the position of Office Manager since 2006 after gaining insightful experience in various roles within the organization since 2004. Kristie gained recognition in the drilling community for constructing and implementing a virtual drill program and schedule system that revolutionized the tracking and forecasting of rigs and revenue from a database in real time. Kristie acquired a BA degree from University of Northern British Columbia and spent numerous years employed in the customer service industry. She has two years of International experience with various corporations in Guernsey (England), Australia, New Zealand, Asia, India and Western Europe.
